Love your video, Margaret! Italians and French have indeed a great sense of style! Great tips! I’d like to ask you if you could heighten a little the volume of your videos, this one for example is barely audible. Thank you so much for being such an inspiration for all of us!

Margaret, thank you for another great subject. Would it be possible to ‘insert’ pictures into your videos to give us examples of the subject you are talking about? Fashion, hair styles, jewelry etc?

Gena Gena says:

Great topic, I have my dark blue jeans and wear khakis then put a great top. Always enjoy your videos!

Jennifer Ann Fox says:

Margeret I just want you to know that I look forward to your videos and your sweet personality. My fashion style is always classic. I dressed classic even as a teen up to my mid 50’s. i have so many clothes because I’ve stayed pretty much the same size and hardly eve buy trendy clothes.Still, i must go through them and donate some. i do believe in investing ingood basics however I always buy on sale. I’ve come to simplifying my style alot as i get older. I think the French women have more confidence in their dressing and that counts so much.

Life Over Sixty With Sandra says:

I think the French style is so chic. I like the simplicity with accents that finish the look. Very interesting video. I once did a French look by going to a thrift/ charity shop and picked items to put together a Parisian look. It was great fun and cost less than 60 US dollars.

Jen Gus says:

Love that mug! I drink Twinings Darjeeling tea.

APrimbun says:

Hi Margaret. You look great in your glasses!

Robin says:

Fun subject Margaret! I wear sun dresses with bright colors in the spring and summer along with a solid sweater and jewelry. Colors makes me feel good. I live in a cold climate in the winter so I wear black and grey’s with bright scarves and jewelry. Some bright colored jackets to wear outside.

Kathy Aay Beauty says:

Lovin that necklace!

You look great today, Margaret. That lipstick shade really brightens your look. My style is casual and minimal. If I wear a chunky necklace then small earrings etc. love the look of simple elegance that I see French women wear. Jeans and tees are my thing, then jazz it up with a cool jacket or scarf and ready to go out.

Ann OSullivan says:

Hi loved the glasses Ann from Ireland . I enjoy all u tips about so many things .

Beate Brigham says:

Hi I really enjoyed your video! I recently retired (last week) from working at a bank. I’m in the process of sorting through all of my conservative suits, shoes etc and looking forward to getting back to a more casual style. I like solid colors as you described and using accessories to mix things up a bit.
